About Us

School Choirs and School Bands – taught all instruments with the exception of the French Horn, Trombone, Clarinet and Saxophone. Whilst teaching in local High Schools for 25 years, the subjects I was asked to teach included Music, Religion, English and Art.

I worked with small ensemble groups which mostly perforrmed at school liturgies. I love my work and gain so much satisfaction advising my students and watching them develop as musicians. I enjoy preparing students for entry to NSW Conservatoriums and/or Universities whether entry is for rock or classical qualification.

Students should be at least 7 years old, and lessons are open for children, young adults and adults. The technique used is the German form of singing. lot of the techniques used in singing apply to the learning of the flute and/or recorder too: the tone, breathing, ability to produce various articulations as required by the composer, manipulation of fingers and the ability to be a fluent reader.

Take a stroll through the variety of food stalls, beverages and craft stalls which will be sure to satisfy everyone’s desire and the big country barbeque will be another favourite cooked by our local bush fire brigade.

We will showcase fresh local produce from the region and compliment our food with our local beautiful wines from Mountview Wines or just sit around with a cold beer in hand.

The sights, sounds, smells of the sea offer rich stimulation to our senses. Coaching others to appreciate the natural sound worlds and their relationships with living things is part of promoting social-emotional well-being

Learning the basics of music include learning the names of notes, reading the notes, understanding the values of notes and understanding the depth of musical notation thus enabling students to interpret music and its message.
